দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশন (কর্মচারী) চাকুরী বিধিমালা ২০০৮, এর ধারা ৫৪(২) বাতিলের বিষয়ে জনসাধারণের কাছে প্রকাশ্য বা সহজলভ্য কোনও তথ্য নেই। তবে দুদক কর্মকর্তারা জানিয়েছেন যে, ধারা ৫৪(২) ইতিমধ্যেই বাংলাদেশের সুপ্রীম কোর্টের আপিলেট ডিভিশন দ্বারা বিলুপ্ত করা হয়েছে।
